Full Name: Wendy Parks
Bio: Wendy E. Parks is the Senior Communications Officer in the University's Communications office. She has been in this newly created role since August of 2010. Her most recent tenure was with Johnson Publishing Co., where she was head of the communications department, spearheading strategic planning, community relations and media relations for all corporate divisions, including the iconic Ebony and Jet brands. Before joining Johnson, Wendy served as senior spokesperson for Wisconsin Energy Corp., that state's largest utility. She earned her MBA from Loyola University Chicago, and has also studied at Peking University and Sejong University in Seoul, Korea.
