Chicago magazine names the Promontory “…the South Side’s go-to place for jazz, blues, and soul”

Chicago magazine recently highlighted 53rd Street’s restaurant and club, the Promontory, in its article, “How Hyde Park Got Its Groove Back.” The 600-seat music space is selling out on a weekly basis, with local talent such as soul singer Otis Clay and the South Side Big Band jazz ensemble.
